Paris the city of limits!
The public schools of architecture had organised a huge final event of the year, where our Anatopunk collection were supposed to be shown as the opening. We were just about to have our meeting when I read on the facebook wall.
As limited, prude and restrained as Paris is, they decided to put down the whole event because their request to go thru with this event got rejected from the state. It was also a bad organisation from the association organising this event, since normaly you wait for the permission before you go out promoting the event! daaa.
Aaah, and all the people I had involved helping us with this show. Anyways, go paris!....

on the magazine cover!
Claudia (one of the models I've been working for from Modelmayhem) just sent me a message asking for my permission to use one of my designs on the magazine cover for a belgian fashion magazine.
Uhm , yes!

Chinese company trying to steal my design I think....
Just got a message about a chinese company wanting me to send them 1 design every week so that they could make 20 samples out of 1 design and sell it in China. And I would get 38% of the profits.......

Testshoots with Sam
The photoshoot with Sam. He used a white long dress that his friend had made, a really beautiful dress.
And then he wanted to try with some of my dresses, but it had to be black or white, and the only things I have done that are black and white, are my 2 very first dresses that I made. The white one I made even before I started school, and the black dress was one of the first exercises in school. Then we also tried with some clothes I had found in H&M...

check-list
I'm feeling more than efficient theese days, even though I'm on vacation and should probably just catch up with all the sleep.
But I've now gotten the keys to the new appartement, so moving little by little
Got the assurance for the appartement
Got the ticket to London the 20th of june
Got the ticket to Biarritz the 3rd of july
And this week I have two photoshoots to do.

La fin!
Ok, that's it??
I walked around this morning not knowing what to do because I was so stressed about my presentation. But it went fine. The only question that seemed to concern them was that I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do in the future: men/women/children/fabricdesigner/clothingdesigner....
I told them that ok, it's been 2 years that I've been as close into fashion as I am now, I can't decide what exactly I want to do right now. The schoolyears is a time of research. There are so many things I need to discover, and you discover with the time what you were born to do.
I think it will take me a life time to know exactly what I want to do. I want to do everything if I have to answer!
...anyways, I just think it was a stupid question, but maybe that's just me, otherwise it went fine. They just left me witht his question which I don't think is very important right now...
If I get to draw, touch fabrics and work with visual communication I'm happy, then which brand I wanna work for...pff, we'll see when I'm already working for it!
